These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 8bte ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8bte website located at 8bte.org, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before creating an account or placing any bets or wagers on the 8bte platform.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by 8bte, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 8bte platform.

Access to 8bte is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 8bte platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the name of a family member, third party, or alias — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and bonus credits offered by 8bte are subject to wagering requirements and individual bonus terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Bonus abuse, including collusion or exploitation of loopholes, will result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bte login credentials. 8bte will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to 8bte support.
All deposits and withdrawals on 8bte must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. 8bte reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account.
Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit system vulnerabilities, use of automated bots or scripts, or any other behaviour that 8bte determines in its reasonable discretion to be abusive or detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the 8bte website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 8bte platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the 8bte Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published on the platform.
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 8bte with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral. No employee, agent, or representative of 8bte has authority to modify these Terms in any form except through an official published update on the 8bte website.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 8bte platform, close your account if one exists, and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 6.
Use of the 8bte platform for real-money wagering is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the jurisdiction from which the User accesses the platform. By registering an account, you declare under your own responsibility that you are at least 21 years of age.
8bte reserves the right to request proof of age from any User at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport, or any other government-issued identity document containing a date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by 8bte will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.
If 8bte discovers or reasonably suspects that an account is operated by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended. All deposits will be refunded to the original payment source, and any winnings generated from bets placed will be forfeited in their entirety. 8bte may also report the matter to appropriate regulatory authorities where required by law.
It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 8bte platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting. 8bte does not warrant that use of the platform is legal in every location. Users accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk and 8bte accepts no liability in connection with such access.
To access real-money services on 8bte, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the 8bte platform. Multiple accounts per person — including accounts registered using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 8bte reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets or winnings generated across duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for keeping all registration information up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your account profile without undue delay. 8bte accepts no liability for any communication failures, delayed payments, or service interruptions arising from outdated account information provided by the User.
Note for Pakistani Users: Your 8bte account currency is Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All deposit and withdrawal transactions via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 8bte on PKR transactions through these channels.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bte username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 8bte will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
Any activity conducted through your 8bte account using your registered login credentials — whether by you or by any other person to whom you have disclosed those credentials — is your full legal responsibility. 8bte is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled or facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials adequately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 8bte support immediately via live chat. 8bte will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions completed prior to the receipt of your notification.
8bte accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for all other channels are displayed within the 8bte cashier at the time of transaction.
All payment instruments used to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your 8bte account must be registered in your own legal name and match the name on your 8bte account. Third-party deposits — payments originating from an account, mobile wallet, or bank account held in a different name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 8bte within one to three business days subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 8bte does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment channel. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8bte accepts no liability. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where an account review, bonus investigation, or fraud check is in progress.
All Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and number), and in some cases, proof of residential address. 8bte reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 8bte reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Users will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to 8bte and complete any required re-verification steps.
All promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and any other incentive offered by 8bte are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. General eligibility requires that the User holds a single verified account, has not previously claimed the same promotion, and is not subject to any account restriction at the time of claiming.
Bonus credits and bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, the bonus funds portion of your balance is not available for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to the bonus terms depending on the specific promotion structure.
8bte operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets (hedging) across accounts to guarantee a bonus profit; making deposits solely to trigger bonus conditions with no genuine intent to play; and colluding with other Users to exploit promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all balances — including real-money deposits — may be forfeited subject to regulatory requirements.
8bte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair and reasonable treatment of Users who have already accepted a bonus in good faith. In the event of a promotion error or technical fault affecting bonus calculations, 8bte's decision regarding the correct outcome is final.
All bets placed on the 8bte sportsbook and casino platform are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event. 8bte reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation notification is received by the User via the platform interface.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international test matches, T20 leagues, and bilateral series — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published within the 8bte sportsbook. In-play bets are accepted and settled according to the official result as published by the relevant cricket governing body (PCB, ICC, or the applicable domestic board). 8bte reserves the right to void in-play bets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
All casino games available on 8bte — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game information panel. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own applicable rules, which are displayed within each live table.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error affecting any bet, game round, or transaction, 8bte reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and refund the stake to the User's account. 8bte is not liable for any consequential loss — including anticipated profits — arising from technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity interruptions beyond 8bte's direct control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bte platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
Consequences: Violations of this section may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits, reporting of the activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities, and initiation of civil or criminal legal proceedings where applicable.
All content on the 8bte platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8bte or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8bte platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any content or data from the 8bte platform without prior written authorisation from 8bte.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bte's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
8bte expressly excludes all liability for: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of opportunity; loss of data; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform; and any third-party claims against the User relating to their use of 8bte.
Nothing in these Terms limits 8bte's liability for death or personal injury caused by 8bte's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted under the governing law applicable to this agreement.

8bte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8bte has reasonable grounds to believe that: the User has breached any provision of these Terms; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; the User has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by 8bte or by the User — any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation into the account. 8bte is not obligated to return real-money balances where the closure results from a proven breach of these Terms involving fraudulent conduct.
You may request closure of your 8bte account at any time by contacting 8bte support via live chat. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Once an account is closed at the User's request, all associated data is retained in accordance with the 8bte Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
8bte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 8bte platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by regulatory instruction or to address an urgent security matter.
Your continued use of the 8bte platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 8bte's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 8bte's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by 8bte's licensing authority.
To initiate a formal complaint, Users should first contact 8bte support via live chat and allow 8bte a minimum of 14 calendar days to investigate and respond before escalating to any external dispute resolution mechanism. 8bte will provide a written response to all formal complaints within 14 days of receipt.
